If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 800-950-3553.  We will deal with each unique situation to resolve your challenges.  Stock, or non-customized products, can be returned at the customer’s expense for credit within 15 days.  Please understand that any customized products can not be returned, this includes, but is not limited to, engraved items, specialty cut items, or items personalized in any way.

 

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

 

Please be assured we ship out items as quickly as possible.  With stock, non-custom items, we work hard to ship out within 3 business days of purchase.  With manufacture custom products, and with those custom products, timeline for shipping will vary from 10 business days to 6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order.  You, our customer, picks the best shipping method when ordering from our web site.  Choices include U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedExpress Ground and Overnight.  Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O.
